Something not right with your order? We've got you. Get in touch and we'll always do our best to make it right.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If your kit ever arrives faulty, dead on arrival, or isn't what you ordered, we'll sort it out fast — your choice of a free replacement or a full refund. Just message us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo or video, and we'll take care of the rest.

Made to order for your BMW

Every EuroKraft kit is built to order for your specific model and chosen colour, so we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges once an order is placed. Please double-check your model and colour before checkout — and if you're ever unsure, send us your VIN and we'll confirm the exact kit for you first. This doesn't affect your rights below if anything arrives faulty.

How to start a return

Easy — head to our contact page (or reply to your order email) with your order number and a quick note on what's up. We reply within 24 hours and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return (or approving a faulty claim). Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
